Orders placed before 2 PM will be eligible for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the following business day and delivered the day after processing.
International Delivery:
Once shipped, international orders typically arrive between 1-5 business days, depending on the destination country and the efficiency of the local postal service.

Free Next Day Shipping: All orders in the UAE qualify for free shipping.
For International Customers:

Free Shipping: Orders over 275 USD qualify for free shipping.

Standard Shipping: For orders less than 275 USD, a shipping fee of 25 USD will apply.

What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?
- If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
I entered the wrong address at the time of checkout. Can I change it?
- If the order is still in the processing phase then we can still change it. Please contact us at info@lemondedana.com as soon as possible. However, it's not possible to change the address once the order has been shipped.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Any unclaimed package will be returned back to us. And, you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
- It is recommended that customers provide a secure delivery address, such as their home or place of employment, to prevent lost or stolen parcels.

Will I be charged customs for my order?
Import Taxes, Duties, and Customs Fees
